Which items are in your Teamwear catalogue?
We offer the following brands: Adidas, Puma, Umbro, Joma and Diadora. Please send an email to info@soccermaxx.ca with any inquiries and we will be happy to guide you in making a selection for your teamwear needs.
Do you charge extra for adding logos or embellishments to my team's kit?
A 9” number is available in the purchase of any jersey or kit for $0.75 per digit. Team crests are $6.25 per crest. A sponsor logo (across the chest/stomach area) is $10.25 per logo. Names are an additional $9.95 per jersey. 2” numbers (commonly used on shorts or jackets) are $1 per digit. 3” numbers (commonly used on shorts or jackets) are $1 per digit.
What are my delivery options?
We offer free pickup at all of our brick and mortar locations. If you would like to pick up your order at a specific location, please let us know when you send us your inquiry to info@soccermaxx.ca
How do I place my Soccer Maxx Teamwear order?
Once we email you with a quote for your order you will be asked to confirm before moving ahead with the order. At that time a 50% deposit will be required. Payments can be made over the phone or at any one of our locations. The remaining 50% will be required upon pick up.
What information will I need to complete an order with Soccer Maxx Teamwear?
Before your order can be placed we will need the following information: A roster of players with corresponding sizes, numbers, and names.
Are there minimum order quantities?
No. There are no minimum order quantities.
Am I able to see a sample of the garments?
If you would like to see a sample of the garments you are interested in please send your requests to info@soccermaxx.ca.
How do I know what sizes we require?
Teamwear items have an athletic cut. If you or one of your teammates likes a looser fit, we suggest going a size up.
Can I return Teamwear garments?
All Teamwear sales are final per the Soccer Maxx return policy.
Is a deposit required for my order?
Yes, a deposit of 50% is required once your order has been confirmed. Payments can be made over the phone or at one of our locations. The remaining 50% will be required on pick up.
What file format is needed for the logo artwork?
A vector file works best. You are welcome to submit another format, however it must be high quality as the quality of the image you send us will be reflected when it is resized. A $35 fee is assessed for converting images to a vector file.
Can you use any logo onto one of your garments?
We can use any logo you want, imagine, or dream of!
